ResolvedYes — Synthesia had a problem on July 8, 2025, and Synthesia has since marked it resolved. Synthesia's latest word: “Our Engineering Teams have now identified the issue, which impacted a very small number of accounts. However, if you encounter any difficulty with accessing your account, please contact support@synthesia.io and we'll be happy to assist.”
